Design and construction of a modern underground car park on Powstańców Warszawy Square.

The facility will be built in the formula of a concession, which is a kind of public-private partnership. Duration of the concession: 40 years.

Design and construction time: 48 months

Number of parking spaces:  420

The facility with 420 parking spaces, which will start operating in 2024, will be equipped with chargers for electric cars, as well as a public toilet. Bicycle racks will be installed on the square.

After the car park is built, Warsaw Insurgents Square will be comprehensively rebuilt. Everything will be done in accordance with the guidelines of the Office of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the City of Warsaw, drawn up on the basis of arrangements worked out with Warsaw residents and Warsaw residents.
