The investment includes the construction of a section from the Tarczyn Północ junction (without the junction) to the beginning of the Grójec bypass (approx. 7 km). This is one part of the project "The project and construction of the south exit of Warsaw expressway S7 from the Airport junction of the South bypass of Warsaw, to the Grójec bypass". This construction is one of the key investments for the capital's transportation system, which will significantly facilitate access to the southern suburbs and regions of Mazovia (Piaseczno, Radom). It is also one of the last missing sections of the express connection between Warsaw and Krakow.

Technical parameters of task C – Tarczyn Północ junction (without the junction) – beginning of Grójec bypass):

• two roadways with 2 lanes,
• road junctions: Tarczyn Południe junction,
• engineering structures (10 viaducts, footbridge over the expressway).
