The contract includes construction of part of the Via Baltica route - section of the Łomża bypass road between "Łomża Południe" and "Łomża Zachód" junctions. It covers 7 km 2-carriageway S61 expressway, the "Łomża Południe" junction and a 9 km section of national road No. 63 going towards Zambrów. The investment project is executed in the “design and build” system. The period of execution of the contract covers 34 months, excluding winter time in the construction period.
