The project involves the construction of an expressway on the section "junction Skrudki" (without junction) - junction "Sielce" now "Kurów Zachód" (without junction) with engineering structures and associated infrastructure. Constructed section of the road will have 13.17 km. 

Section of the road will run parallel to the existing national road No. 17 in the south - west side.
