Osiedle Latarników in Gdańsk (stage II and III), carried out for Develia S.A., assumes construction of a complex of 4 residential and commercial buildings with a total of 372 apartments and 5 commercial premises.

In the investment stage we will build three buildings with 8 overground storeys, and a fourth building with 7 storeys, all with 1-storey underground garage.  There will be a total of 387 parking spaces.
