A consortium of Mota-Engil Central Europe, Himmel and Papesch Opole Sp. z o.o. will carry out the contract in the "design and build" system. The contractor will prepare the project documentation with obtaining all necessary conditions, arrangements, opinions, permits and administrative decisions allowing the implementation of the investment and the construction of the road. The period of execution of the contract covers 36 months, excluding winter time in the construction period.
