The designed structure is characterised by a modern shape of a rectangular prism. The regularity of the form of the building is disturbed by many balconies, loggias and external terraces on floors open to the west, and by a small deflection of the northern wall from the main structure of the building. Moreover, on the southern side of the building, there are long loggias belonging to apartments located on higher floors.

Modern finishing materials were used in case of the elevation of the building – stone, glass and plaster.  The building is adapted for disabled persons.

When it comes to the shape and the size of this building, rules concerning the continuation of architectural features characteristic for multi-family buildings located in a direct vicinity of the structure in question are observed – the height of the building, simplicity of form, style of the building.
