The three-star hotel will be erected in Podzamcze, at Panieńska Street, at the location of the old ORBIS Hotel Arkona (demolished in 2008). The investor is the Orbis Hotel Group, the largest hotel chain in Poland and Eastern Europe associating over 130 hotels operating under the brands of the AccorHotels group. The task set for the General Contractor is unique. The main part of the project will be a modern, 6-storey hotel with a total area of 8250m2, with a garage.

The site is demanding due to the location in the historic urban layout of the Old Town in Szczecin, included in the register of monuments in 1952. During the archaeological excavations part of the pre-war Kurza Stopka street was discovered, as well as remains of cellars and foundations of former tenement houses.

A residential part of the investment with total area of 5 350 m2 (at Środowa street and Targ Rybny) will be built directly next to the hotel. The contract for the construction of the ibis Styles Hotel, concluded in cooperation with Mota Engil Real Estate.
