Construction of new buildings, execution of dredging works: connecting the channel and the port dock with their deepening; execution of construction and hydrotechnical works: new embankments, slope securing and stabilization, structural landscaping elements, dolphin structures, floating platforms, slipways with cranes, disassembly of structures interfering with the land development designed and construction of auxiliary infrastructure, that is, a playground, a new pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle circulation path, power supply with lighting and monitoring of the area, telecommunications, water supply and sewage systems along with the diversion of the forced sewer, landscape architecture.

The area subject to the study equals approximately 109,112 m² and is mainly composed of:

• Circulation paths – approximately 21,409 m²,
• Area under the water – approximately 40,696 m²,
• Buildings – approximately 4,219 m²,
• Playgrounds – approximately 587 m²,
• Green areas – approximately 20,248 m²,
• Slopes – approximately 21,396 m²,
• Isolated parking lots in the building of the Car Park and outside – 131 lots, including handicapped parking lots.
