The contract concerns the design, financing, construction and operation of a multi-storey car park system in the centre of Łódź. The investment will be carried out in the formula of public-private partnership for 28 years.

In four locations in the city centre 891 parking spaces will be created:

•  at 42 Kościuszki Avenue - 292 spaces
•  62/64 Wschodnia Street - 263 spaces
•  at ul. Wschodnia 67 - 218 spaces
•  12 Tuwima Street - 118 spaces
