Immo Park Gdańsk from the Mota-Engil Central Europe group will build four car parks for the city of Gdańsk.

The agreement provides for the creation of a total of 1202 parking spaces in four car parks, on four sides surrounding the very center of Gdańsk:
1) A two-level underground car park with 337 parking spaces will be located at Podwale Staromiejskie Street - in part from the Targ Rybny and the Hilton Hotel
2) A one-level underground with 112 parking spaces will be located under Targ Węglowy
3) On Podwale Przedmiejskie street, an underground car park for 260 cars will be built - the area between the Shakespeare Theater and the Motława River
4) A four-level, overground parking lot for 493 vehicles will be built near Długie Ogrody - the current off-road parking lot between Podwale Przedmiejskie and Reduta Żbik

The construction of the parking lot at Długie Ogrody should end after 24 months, the rest - after 36 months.
