We have signed a contract for the construction of the new headquarters of the District Court in Sosnowiec, together with landscaping and technical infrastructure. The investor of the project is the Court of Appeals in Katowice, and the gross value of the contract is nearly PLN 100 million.
The new building of the Sosnowiec District Court was designed on a rectangular plan with an internal uncovered patio. The building will have one underground floor and, depending on its part, 3 or 4 floors above ground. The main entrance and a representative entrance plaza will be built from the side of Kombajnistów Street. The Wroclaw branch of Heinle, Wischer und Partner Architekci office is responsible for the design of the building.
The total area of the building is about 8,796 sqm. The net enclosed area, on the other hand, constitutes approx. 6,884 sqm.
