We have signed an agreement with DEVALIA S.A. for execution of the next stage of Osiedle Latarników investment - stage three.
The new residential building will be located in the seaside strip of Gdańsk at Letnicka Street, next to the construction of the second stage of Osiedle Latarników, which is currently being carried out by us. The building will have 9 floors: eight above ground and one underground. On the area of 16 063 m2 there will be 158 flats with varied surface areas and 1 commercial premise.
It is worth noting that our construction is located in close distance to the sea, the Brzeźnieński Park and the AmberExpo. Moreover, the close location of the Green Road and the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula guarantees quick access to the city centre and main roads - S6, S7 and A1 Motorway.
