For Mota-Engil Real Estate, we will realise the next stage of construction of a multi-family residential complex at Słoneczna Street in Katowice. Apart from buildings A and B, which are already under construction, the residential complex will be expanded by the third of the planned buildings, thus extending the residential offer in one of the best investment locations in Katowice.
The first stage of the Słoneczne Tarasy project consists of two 10-storey buildings with a wide range of apartments of different sizes, from one-room apartments to four-room apartments. In buildings A and B, which are being constructed in this stage, works related to reinforced concrete construction of the buildings have already been completed and the topping out ceremony has already taken place. Currently, the window woodwork is being installed and work on the elevation is in progress. Waterproofing works are being carried out on the roof, while inside, installation and finishing works, as well as the installation of passenger elevators are in progress. The second stage of the project will include building C, with 9 floors: 1 underground and 8 above ground. It will contain 60 apartments of different sizes, equipped with balconies or terraces, thus increasing an attractive residential offer of the Mota-Engil Group on the Katowice market. The total area of the building will amount to 6 638 m2.
In building C, as well as in buildings A and B, a modern, interesting, three-colored elevation with panels imitating wood has been planned. We will also introduce solutions that are innovative on the Katowice market, such as: green roofs, an anti-smog system and a higher standard of materials used in the buildings.
