On behalf of Project Development 6 we will build a 7-storey hotel building at 3 Maja Street in Krakow which will have 566 rooms. This is another contract we will realize in this city.
The building will have 8 floors: seven above ground and one underground. On the overground floors 566 single and double rooms will be created, some of them adapted to the needs of handicapped persons. On the ground floor there will be a public kitchen with a dining room, meeting rooms as well as area for relaxation and work. On the top floor there will be a café with a characteristic triangular viewing terrace. In addition, 187 parking spaces will be provided: 62 located outside the building and 125 in the underground storey, which will also include two bicycle rooms, a gym and a music room. The scope of the contract includes turnkey finishing and furnishing.
The building will be constructed not far from the Old Town, close to green areas: Błonia, one of Europe's largest urban meadows with the area of 48 ha, and Henryk Jordan Park with sports and recreation facilities. The green space surrounding the hotel facility will be distinguished by numerous plantings of trees, shrubs, perennials, decorative grasses and climbers. Additionally, the characteristic white façade of the building complemented by grey inserts of decorated plaster will attract attention.
