Phase III of the Latarników Housing Estate has been granted an occupancy permit. The investment located at 1H Letnicka Street in Gdańsk will soon welcome its residents. The project was carried out for Develia S.A.
The Latarników Housing Estate has been implemented in the coastal zone of Gdańsk, 900 meters in a straight line from the sea and in close proximity to Brzeźnieński Park. It is worth emphasizing that this is one of the most dynamically developing parts of Gdańsk, very well connected to the city center and, at the same time, ensuring quick access to main road routes. As part of the investment, 158 apartments ranging from 40 to 96 square meters were created. Each of them comes with a balcony or terrace. The underground garage accommodates 154 parking spaces for cars and storage for two-wheelers. Above-ground parking spaces have also been created.
