Mota-Engil Central Europe starts the realization of a new civil construction contract in Cracow. Upon the order of Ghelamco Poland, we are going to build a 9-storey office building Kreo in Wadowicka Street. It is also worth noting that for MECE this has been historically the highest value of civil construction investment in Poland.
Kreo is a modern office building located in one of the fastest growing parts of the city, in the south of Krakow. The investor is Ghelamco Poland, whereas the design was created by Q-Arch studio. The building will have 11 floors: nine above ground and two underground, where parking for 301 cars will be located. There will also be 24 external parking spaces. The office space will be 24,100 sqm and the total area will cover 39,619 sqm.
The building is being erected in an area attractive for business activity, near office buildings such as Imperial Business Center, Buma Square Business or Tischnera Office. Bonarka shopping center, 24/7 underground parking lot and many retail and service points are located nearby.
The building will be implemented under BREEAM multi-criteria building certification system.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
