On August 30, 2023, we signed a contract with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Opole for the expansion of National Road No. 45 on the Krapkowice-Rogów Opolski section, including the expansion of intersections and segments of crossroads. The contract value is PLN 72.9 million.
The road will be expanded to a 2+1 cross-section. The roadway structure will be rebuilt and reinforced to carry a load of up to 11.5 t/axle. The investment also includes the reconstruction of an overpass over the railroad line and the expansion of two intersections.
The contract also includes the construction of sidewalks, process ducts, construction of traffic safety elements, including vertical and horizontal markings along with the necessary safety devices.
The length of the expanded section of the national road is about 6.6 km.
The investment is scheduled for completion in 2025.
