We have signed a contract to construct the new headquarters of the Masovian Voivodeship Archive. We will build a facility with a total area of almost 13,000 square meters, including finishing, partial equipment, and site development. The contract value exceeds PLN 110 million gross.
The new headquarters of the Masovian Voivodeship Archive will be located at Elektroniczna Street in Piaseczno. Access roads and technical infrastructure were rebuilt in 2023 with funds from the Masovian Voivodeship in cooperation with the Piaseczno City and Municipality Office. The purpose of this investment is to create a safe and modern space for the needs of the institutional archive, where not only the documents of the voivodeship marshal's office but also those of other units under the voivodeship's self-government, such as hospitals and cultural institutions, will be stored. The building will also house the Delegation of the Masovian Voivodeship Marshal's Office.
Under the signed contract, we will construct a three-story building designed in a polygonal plan. We will also handle its finishing, partial equipment, and site development, including technical infrastructure. The building will feature a partially covered atrium. The new headquarters of the Masovian Voivodeship Archive will be equipped with renewable energy sources (RES) and adapted for people with disabilities, including those with limited mobility.
