Located at Wadowicka 12 Street in Krakow, we have completed the 9-story KREO office building with a total usable area exceeding 24,000 square meters. The total area exceeds 39,000 square meters. The investor of the facility is Ghelamco Poland, and its design was created by the Q-Arch studio in Krakow.
KREO consists of 9 above-ground and two underground levels, where a parking lot for over 300 cars was built. As part of the investment, 24 external parking spaces were also created.
The building was realized in the southern part of Krakow, in a dynamically developing area with quick access to the city center, Kazimierz, and Old Podgórze. This location is attractive for businesses due to nearby public transportation stops, the proximity of a shopping center, numerous commercial and service points, and easy access by car from other districts of Krakow.
