RynekPierwotny.pl portal among its readers and our potential clients, conducted a voting by asking them to participate in the creation of the 2017 best investment ranking. The vote lasted for half a year and 24 thousand votes were given. This is how a list of 27 investments with the highest scores was created!
The first place in Łódź went to Ilumino housing investment (II stage). Mota-Engil Central Europe is its contractor and Mota-Engil Real Estate is its developer. Voters appreciated the architecture of the buildings – a combination of a modern building with a historic, Art Nouveau Resura Craft from the early twentieth century. Łódź did not have such a facility yet! And who would not want to live in THIS PLACE?
Ilumino (stage II) is a 16-storey building with 274 apartments with a large floor area – from 30m2 studios to more than 130m2 apartments. Selected premises, apart from a balcony, loggia or terrace, have also private gardens with the panorama of Łódź. Residents will also be able to use the leisure zones. We plan to finalize this investment for the second quarter of next year.
