The investment includes the construction of the Tomaszów Lubelski bypass. The route will run on the eastern side of the city. The “Tomaszów Lubelski Północ” junction will be built at the intersection with the voivodeship road No. 850. The “Tomaszów Lubelski Południe” junction will be included in the course of DK17. The bypass will be single-road, and within the two junctions there will be a dual carriageway. Over the valley of the Sołokija river, a flyover will be created. There will also be access roads with a total length of 13.8 km intended for local traffic.
