„Angel Wings” complex, located at ul. Walońska and Traugutta 72-78 in Wrocław shall include the execution of about 1200 housing units of the total usable area of about 108.000 m2, of housing units of total area of about 15.000 m2 and about 1700 parking spaces in three-level multi-stand garages.  Phase A is a 13-level, multifunctional building with a three-level garage consisting of 308 housing units and 529 parking spaces.

On the ground level, there are commercial units which shall be leased – available from the side of the central park and of the boulevard which leads in the direction of  the promenade and housing units located from the side of the nearshore promenade and internal courtyards. The flats are located on levels 0-9, at two first overground floors, from the side of the Oława River,  and were designed as two-level apartments. Machine rooms were located on underground levels.

The overground part of the building, in its view is similar to letter E, of varied length of arms. In accordance with the entries of the local plan, the building was shaped in such a way as to enable smooth passage between the lowest parts of the building, from the side of the River, and of the highest parts of the building, in the south-east corner.
