The subject of the investment is the expansion of the DK 45 road on the section between Krapkowice and Rogów Opolski, along with the expansion of intersections and crossroads. The contract value amounts to 72.9 million PLN.

The road will be expanded to a 2+1 cross-section. The roadway structure will undergo reconstruction and reinforcement to withstand loads of up to 11.5 tons per axle. As part of the investment, the reconstruction of a viaduct over the PKP railway line and the expansion of two intersections are planned.

The contract also includes the construction of sidewalks, technological channels, and road safety elements, including vertical and horizontal signage along with necessary road safety devices.

The length of the expanded section of the national road is approximately 6.6 kilometers. The investment is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
