A) Building permit design includes:

• execution of a section of S8 road, of the length of about 24 515m (Km 614+850– Km 639+365),
• execution of the connector to National Road no. 64 and Regional Road no. 671 along with reconstruction of the sections of district and local roads as well as construction of access roads,
• construction of bridge structures and drainage elements for the S-8 road, connector and of the other roads
• (sewage, inlets, ducts, culverts, tanks), construction of the remaining elements of equipment as well as construction and reconstruction of all the necessary elements of infrastructure.

B) Construction:

• construction of S-8 Expressway, of the length of about 24 515 m
• construction of Jeżewo Interchange which connects the designed S-8 Expressway to National Road no. 64 and 671
• construction of Rzedziany Interchange which connects the designed S-8 Expressway to poviat road no. 1381B
• construction of Złotoria Interchange which connects the designed S-8 Expressway to poviat road no. 1380B
• construction of Dzikie Interchange which connects the designed S-8 Expressway to poviat road no. 1390B and no.1552B
• reconstruction of local roads,
• construction of access road for the adjacent areas, of total length of 30 km
• construction of drainage system for expressway and other roads (ditches; leak tight ditches, reservoirs, vaporization and infiltration as well as vaporization tanks; storm water drainage; pre-treatment installations)
• construction of 21 engineering structures of pre-stressed combined concrete structure, including construction of two animal crossings,
• construction of culverts under the Expressway – 15 items.
• construction of culverts under regional, poviat and local roads– 24 items.
• construction of culverts under access (service) roads and a bus road – 77 items.
• construction of the lighting of the interchanges,
• reconstruction or construction of power, water supply, sewage, gas and telecommunication networks,
• reconstruction of agricultural drainage ditches,
• construction of about 7.0 km of acoustic screens to the height between 2,5 and 6 m,
• construction of about 1,3 km of earth of the height between 4,5 and 7,0 m
• assembly of traffic safety devices (crash barriers, others) and execution of horizontal signing and vertical marking,
• execution of the fencing of S-8 road
• cutting off of the colliding trees and bushes as well as planting of low and high vegetation
