Mota-Engil Central Europe has started cooperation with Student Depot, for which it will build a Student House located at Kołobrzeska Street in Gdańsk. Student Depot is a network of private dormitories operating throughout Poland. Currently, they operate in Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and Lublin, and soon also in Warsaw and Gdańsk.

About the Investment

The agreement covers both the construction of the building and comprehensive furnishing of student rooms. The investment in Gdańsk is an eight-storey building with 341 student rooms (single and double rooms). It is located at Kołobrzeska Street, just 2 km from the Gulf of Gdańsk.

Each room will have its own bathroom and kitchenette. On the ground floor of the building there will be administration rooms, common recreation rooms, a quiet study room and a gym. The Student House in Gdańsk can accommodate up to 385 residents.

Construction work began in June and will be completed by September 2020.
