The project includes construction of expressroad from the junction Jawor II (without junction) to the junction Bolkow (with junction) with a length of approx. 16.105 km.

Within the project will be realized:

• construction of two interchanges "Jawor South", "Bolkow"
• construction of drainage system of the expressway and reconstructed road sections and construction of access roads and internal roads
• construction of four bridges within the expressway S3
• construction of road culverts,
• construction a fence of the expressway.
