The investment includes the design and construction of one part of the 33 km section of the S19 expressway. The section is about 7 km and it is the Janów Lubelski bypass.

Within the project, the following will be created:

- Janów Lubelski Północ junction,

- Janów Lubelski South junction,

- MOP Janów Lubelski (on both sides of the road),

- 3 viaducts along the expressway,

- 1 viaduct over the expressway,

- 1 bridge,

- 5 small animal crossings,

- 3 crossings for amphibians,

- 5 culverts.
