IN HARMONY WITH SPACE

In Łódź, at the junction of Kilińskiego and Piłsudskiego streets, a new housing investment is being built.  Ilumino is a unique project executed in the city centre of Łódź, which will enhance positive change in the neighbourhood and open the door to revitalization of this part of the city.

 

INFORMATION ON THE PROJECT

The investment is being built in the very heart of Łódź, in the direct vicinity of Piotrkowska street and the EC1 Miasto Kultury culture and leisure centre. The proximity of tram and bus stops and of the modernized Łódź Fabryczna station makes Ilumino conveniently communicated with the rest of the city. It is surrounded by green areas, culture and sports facilities, numerous commercial and service points, business centres and schools.

Two buildings will be built as part of the project. The first one will be divided into three architectural parts with 5, 9 and 13 storeys, from which the residents will be able to enjoy a unique view of the city. The building will house 240 flats, between 32 and 122 m2 each. The leisure zones are worthy noticing – designed with the residents’ comfort in mind, for those who seek rest after a whole day at work. A secluded, green patio and shared rooftop terrace in one of the buildings are designated for common use by all residents. Additionally, the majority of the flats have their own balconies, terraces or loggias, allowing to gulp the extraordinary atmosphere of Łódź. Owing to the use of glazed balcony balustrades, the residents can enjoy the panorama of the city.

The construction of the investment will surely bring many benefits to Kilińskiego street – both aesthetic and practical, through arranging the area in this part of the city.

On the plot, there is an Art Nouveau guildhall dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Currently, it is curated by an art restorer and will be integrated into the environment of the investment.
