Fajny Dom phases I-III
Housing and service complex with an office building, underground garages and parking lots, along with the incorporation of the designed circulation path – stage I, phase 1-3, buildings: G, B, D, F, C, E.
The complex is composed of buildings of different heights; five-storey detached buildings, six-storey typical buildings and, partially, seven-storey corner buildings on the north.
Individual buildings designed as simple repeatable structures. Buildings designed in the RCC technology, with column and slab load-carrying structure and walls made of medium-sized hollow blocks. The entire structure is braced with RCC staircase walls. External walls covered with cream-coloured system plaster coating with contrasting graphite fragments (floor slab strips, bay window sill walls).
