The station is located in Piaseczno, Energetyczna st. 18. It is the node of transmission network 220 kV and distribution network 110 kV.

Subject of the contract "Expansion of 220 kV switchyard in the 220/110 kV station Piaseczno" includes:

• modernization and expansion of the 220 kV switchyard from system H5 to H3L,
• modernization of the 110 kV field of transformers AT1 and AT2,
• construction of a new technological building for 220 kV switchyard and field of 110 kV auto- transformer,
• moving the entire technical infrastructure of secondary and auxiliary circuits from the building control room 220/110 kV, to a new technological building.

Expansion of the 220/110 kV substation Piaseczno is an translocal investment with a significant impact on improving the functioning of electricity infrastructure, minimizing the risks associated with the occurrence of critical system failures.
