Task includes in particular:

• Construction of 16.5 km of new section of national roads, including: 7.4 km  as a segment of national road no. 46 (dual carriageway road) and 9.1 km as a segment of national road no. 41 (single carriageway road on the section of 4 kilometres with additional fast lanes, so called 2+1);
• Construction of 14 bridges, including 2383 metres long bridge over Nysa Kłodzka river with river span of 100 metres and two objects over existing railway lines from Nysa in the direction of Brzeg and in the direction of Opole;
• 5 road intersections, including 4 regular roundabouts and road junction WB type on the intersection of designed and existing national road no. 46 within Hanuszowska Hill;
• Driveways to agricultural properties, parallel towards by-pass road
• 10 holding tanks and holding-infiltration tanks;
