The construction works on the national road No 28, a 1,75 km long section between Mucharz and Tarnawa Dolna, included the construction of the national road No. 28, section km 7+385 – 9+138,5 and the construction of temporary roads No. 1, 313,89 m long, and No. 2, 415,71 m long. The range of works included tree clearance, earth works (excavation and backfilling), construction of the stormwater drainage, reinforcement of the slide in Skawce (tie rods and nails), preparation of the base and the surface of the road, reinforcement of slopes and ditches, covering the slopes with humus, sowing, installation of steel barriers Sp-06, reconstruction of the technical cable system of TP S.A. and PKP, and the reconstruction of the power line system of NN.
