The scope of the investment includes: construction of a section of the Expressway, of the length of 16,19 km, of cross-section, 2x2 traffic lanes and technical parameters of S-class road, construction of new sections of the existing National Road no. 3 in the region of clash with the designed expressway, of cross-section, 1x2 traffic lanes and technical parameters of a road of GP class.

• reconstruction of the junction with grade separation, „Międzyrzecz Południe," of PI-type connectors,
• reconstruction of the existing diagonal poviat, local and agricultural roads which clash with the designed S3 Expressway, preserving the technical parameters of the roads of Z, L and D class,
• construction of access roads for the adjacent area and connection to the existing network of local farm roads,
• construction of 7 road viaducts and 1 railroad viaduct over the S3 Expressway as well as of 6 road viaducts within the S3 Expressway, dismantling of the residential building and of farm buildings which lie within the road lane,
• reinforcement of weak sub-grade with the use of gravel columns and embankments reinforced with geo-synthetics,
• execution of surface drainage with evacuation of water to open ditches, treatment storm tanks, filtration tanks, vaporization tanks or tanks for storm-water drainage,
• execution of devices related to environmental protection, devices for treatment of storm water flowing down from the carriageway, planting of vegetation,
• execution of signing and marking as well as installation of road traffic devices, construction of protective screens, reconstruction of pressure sanitary sewer system,
• reconstruction of water supply network, reconstruction and maintenance of ditches, construction of the lighting of „Międzyrzecz Południe", construction of weather station and of low-voltage power line,
• construction of medium -voltage overhead and cable power lines,
• construction of power supply for the pumping station of the treatment tank,
• construction of a six-channel pipeline for fiber optical cables within S3 Expressway,
• reconstruction of overhead telecommunication and telephone TKM cable lines,
• construction of the lighting of S3 Expressway in the region of „Sosnówka" station,
• construction of an overhead trafo station of medium and low voltage along with a cable line, for the objects at „Sosnówka" station I,

routing the lines of water to the area planned for the construction of station II „Sosnówka".
