The Nowy Targ car park is the first parking facility in Poland built under a Public-Private Partnership. The Parties to the agreement are: consortium represented by the company under the name IMMO PARK (member of the MOTA-ENGIL Group) and the City of Wrocław. Funds for the Project were obtained from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. 

The three levels of the car park offers parking lots for 333 cars, 5 of which are specially designed for electric vehicles. Innovative solutions, high quality of the car park and great location make the parking lot under the Nowy Targ Square definitely stands out on the parking map not only in Wrocław, but also in the whole country.

The car park is located in the center of Wrocław - only 5 minutes walk from the Main Market Square. The Municipal Office, banks, administrative buildings and shops are close to Nowy Targ Square.
