These include studios as well as 2- and 3-room flats. According to what you like, you may choose a flat with a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. Thanks to the well-designed layouts and the large windows the rooms have plenty of natural light. For the residents’ convenience there is a 2-storey garage with 80 parking spaces in the basement of the project. There are 2 service premises on the ground floor.
