Prefabrication Plants
For more than 30 years, prefabrication plant of Mota - Engil Central Europe has produced semi-finished concrete, ferroconcrete and prestressed concrete products for the purposes of transport infrastructure engineering. The plant specialises in production of prestressed concrete beams for bridges, executed with the use of straining lines. The straining lines allow for simultaneous production of Kujan and NG beams (a 54-meter-long line) and T-type beams (a 68-meters-long line). Our modern straining and measuring equipment as well as constant cooperation with Instytut Badawczy Dróg i Mostów (Road and Bridge Research Institute), allows us to obtain semi-finished products of very good technical parameters. Additionally, at a client's request, we produce semi-finished products of concrete, ferroconcrete as well as reinforcements, according to individual designing solutions.
