Asphalt Plants
Mota-Engil Central Europe has got a network of modern asphalt batching plants. We rely on machines produced by world leaders, such as: BENNINGHOVEN, SIM-AMMANN, INTRAME. Their great capacities, on the level of 160-240 t/h, allow to ensure service for the key road projects executed by the company. It is very important for us to maintain high quality of the produced mixtures as it determines the durability and comfort of the use of the roads executed by us. We achieve it though appropriate selection of aggregates and supplements at the stage of recipe preparation as well as through the application of advanced production procedures which guarantee the maintenance of high technological regime. Our main laboratory carries out regular tests which allow for preparing high-quality mixtures of the assumed technical parameters.
The mixtures meet the requirements of European standards concerning building products. We guarantee high quality of the product thanks to the implemented systems of Factory Productions Control, consistent with standard PN-EN 13108-21, which entitles us to mark our products with the CE symbol.
Our plants meet all the ecological requirements. Thanks to the application of appropriate filters, gases and dusts emission to the air were reduced significantly. The applied fabric filters are characterized by dust collection of almost 99% , the result of which is significant reduction of the evacuated pollutions and decrease in the negative impact of the installation.
Some of our plants sell mixtures to external business partners.

We can prepare recipes for all traffic categories. We also perform all kinds of tests, at the Employer’s request.
