Quality & Technical Information
Since each stage of production is under constant monitoring, it is possible to obtain highest quality aggregates. After the pre-qualification of the deposit, the mining place is selected. After the firing, the winnings are subject to segregation in order to provide consistent quality, and then transferred to the crushing and sorting line. In the final stage, samples for control tests are taken from the stock of the ready-made material. After the approval by the Quality Section, the aggregate goes to the end customer.
In the Górka Sobocka and Janowiczki mines, the internal factory production control was implemented, which is targeted at the monitoring of the quality of the products sold. Additionally, the final products are periodically tested in the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining in the “Biproskal” Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Wdrożeniowe (design and implementation company), and regularly in the Mota-Engil Laboratory. The application of the system guarantees that highest quality products are obtained.
