We have signed two contracts with Develia. The first of them covers the execution of the Niepołomicka Vita investment along with the renovation of a section of Niepołomicka Street, which will provide future residents with comfortable access to their apartments. As part of the second contract, we will build the second stage of the Szmaragdowy Park housing estate. These are another MECE contracts signed with one of the largest Polish developers. Previously, we successfully completed the Baltea Apartments and Latarników Estate projects.
The Niepołomicka Vita estate is located in the Ujeścisko-Łostowice district of Gdańsk. Within the investment, two five-story buildings will be constructed, containing 117 apartments ranging in size from 35 to 79 square meters, with two to four rooms. Ground floor units will have fenced gardens assigned to them. Over 40% of the estate area will be occupied by greenery. Rain gardens, a playground for children, and an outdoor gym for adults are also planned. The architectural design of the estate is provided by the ART Architects Studio.

Szmaragdowy Park is an intimate housing estate located in the dynamically developing district of Gdańsk - Orunia Górna, directly by the "Kolorowy" water reservoir. MECE will be responsible for the construction of the second stage of this investment. Within it, a 4-story building with 41 apartments of various sizes will be built.
