Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. leads the business according to the following rules:
- Gathering of the most important data and using it in accordance with the right clause
- Gathering and processing of data according to the internal process and no exporting outside the organization
- People sending the information are entitled to the rights according to the act of the private data security (Dz. U. Nr 133 poz. 883), among other the rights to inspect, correct and withdraw of the consent for gathering of those data
Mota-Engil Central Europe S..A. in the frames of its service has been collecting following information:
- Personal information from recrutation process
- IP addresses
- System data (operation system, internet browser, resolution of a screen)
Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. does not make available of collected data to the third people. All of the information has been stored in a safe place, where only certain people can get, right to the Security Policy.
The exception is the situations when the person gives permission to access to the data concerning of this person or for an application of the entitled authorities.
