Training Program

The aim of the Training programs execution is to qualify our employees for the performance of their duties, development of competencies critical for the better performance of duties and minimizing the deviation in face of the requisites concerning duties performed by the employee.
The concern of doing better by improving all the competencies and skills of our collaborators is accomplished in two aspects, by involving our employees in demanding, ambitious tasks and by providing wide scope of formal Training Programs.
The critical factor for the process is proper identification, coordination and alignment of the training program with the operational and employees’ objectives as well as adequacy of available trainings to the personal and professional development needs of employees, identified in the process of performance evaluation and competences appraisal and management.
Each function within the company has the competencies eligible profile specified and described by required level of proficiency in scope of each required competency. That information, together with results of appraisal process, constitutes the guideline for identification of training needs and preparation of training program.
The process executed in compliance of such principle, assures proper adjustment of training actions to real needs for professional development.
In the process of training program definition we always reinforce the concept of internal trainings relying on our senior staff with good expertise on subjects they work with. Such approach creates the environment of knowledge sharing.
