The company executes periodically the researches on the human relations and organizational atmosphere within the company in order to identify possible areas of intervention and based on that to prepare and implement the programs forming and improving those relations.

The aim of the Employee Satisfaction Survey Research is to establish a systematic ongoing program as a useful tool of human resources management and source of gathering information and measure impact of applied solutions.
It allows the company to monitor trends concerning the job satisfaction of employees (dimension which includes work itself, remuneration, promotion opportunities, supervisors and leadership and co-workers) and thus, prevent the future problems.

It also enables to assess the impact of changes introduced in the company upon the employees attitude and organizational commitment of employees (understood as the degree to which employees believe in and accept organizational goals and they are willing to remain within the organisation).

A systematic survey program also allows to verify differences between units or previously defined groups of collaborators.
