Collective agreement and work regulation

Work environment and conditions in our company are regulated by two primary documents with refer to majority of aspects regarding legally binding employees’ rights and obligations due to employment, which are Corporate Collective Labour Agreement of Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A. and Work Regulations of Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A.
Corporate Collective Labour Agreement regulates such issues as the remuneration for work specifying form of remuneration applied and minimum level of salaries for different groups of professions, principles of awarding recognition and motivation bonuses, as well as other kind of bonuses, such as bonuses for overtime work, for works performed in high risk conditions and pension bonus.
Work Regulations specify obligations of the employee toward company and at the same time obligations of the company toward its employees, provisions concerning work organization, law and order, working time system and obligations of employees resulted from that, rules regarding different kind of absences and leaves including holidays, conditions of payment of remuneration, disciplinary liability, material responsibility of employees, awards and distinctions, protection of pregnant women and minors with major part focused on occupational health and safety provisions and fire safety.
Both documents are communicated to the employees and are also accessible through company’s internal portal.
