Being an essential and unifying element of modern societies, a Company is one of the most important places for human’s professional self-realization and contributes to creation and gathering of common property. Therefore, the Company should establish and promote its own culture, which would provide clear guidelines for further development of Company’s activity. Conducting its activity, the Company is obliged to follow the rules of ethical and moral code of behavior.

Duties and obligations resulting from Company’s activity.

A- ETHICS VERSUS MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY

a.1.Relations with Clients

A Company is established because of, and for the Clients. Therefore, to raise the level of their satisfaction is not only an obligation but also a must for each Company. The priority is to continue working for the benefit of the Clients, with an emphasis on continuous innovation, improvement of quality and efficiency.

a.2. Relations with Suppliers

A Supplier, understood as an entity providing various types of services is an important link in the chain of production process. Contracts concluded with Suppliers should result from the needs of the Company and be based on professional criteria. The Company should not take advantage of a dominant position on the market and must act within the norms of property and intellectual law, not accepting forgery or illegal copies.

Subcontractors and Suppliers are important partners in Company’s activity, so the relation should be based on mutual respect and fairness, always considering the provisions of the Contracts.

a.3. Relations with Shareholders

It is assumed that a Shareholder, using all accessible means, should provide a Company with a clear strategic goal. The Company, on the other hand, should guarantee a long-lasting profitability (higher than the average of the given sector) , as well as assure the proper and clear management of the Company.

a.4. Relations with Employees

Company’s activity depends on the Employees. Therefore, the Company’s essential task is to secure their dignity on all levels of the organization, regardless of their position. What is more, the Company is obliged to provide proper working conditions, fair salaries, and the possibility of professional self-realization within the company.

Recruitment process and system of professional evaluation of Employees will be the result of fair and objective analysis of qualifications, potential, performance and nothing else.

a.5. Relations with competitive companies

The Company should put all its efforts to secure the integrity of the sector of construction companies. Legal lobby of construction companies may become an effective means to achieve their common goals, and to strengthen their image among public opinion.

a.6. Relations with the society

The Company should create fair and friendly relations with the society, while conducting its activity. Moreover, the Company should accept the priority of society’s interests over its own profits.

 

B – HEALTH AND SECURITY OF EMPLOYEES

The Company, taking advantage of already verified methods, should provide its Employees with safe and humanitarian working conditions, following the proper requirements of law.

Furthermore, it should secure that the rules stated above are obeyed by the remaining participants and partners in the production process. This is especially important in case of Subcontractors. Therefore, the Company is elaborating the system of security management that will comprise the Employees and the wide scope of production activity as well.

C – QUALITY, PROTECTION OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

c.1.Quality of delivered goods and services

It is quality that should distinguish the Company among others. Such a fact should be confirmed by proper certificates proving the high level of quality management present in the Company.

The Company should also encourage its Partners to follow the same policy of improving the quality of services.

In this manner, the Company promotes the positive image of entire construction sector in public opinion.

 

c.2. Protection of natural environment

The Company declares that it will take care of all issues related to the protection of natural environment through the introduction of environmental-friendly solutions at all stages of production process.

All these steps should be completed by the certification, confirming the pro-ecological policy of the Company. It will take place in certain moment, considering the time, needed for introduction of appropriate norms.

c.3. Corporate Social Responsibility

The Company should be committed to act in accordance with the concepts of the Corporate Social Responsibility, understood as comprehensive method of managing and taking all groups of stakeholders into account.

D – INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY

In order to meet the expectations of its Clients and increase the efficiency of production, the Company should support implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement of already existing solutions. It should be carried mainly through the improvement of technical equipment and proper trainings of staff.

On the other hand, the Company should expect its partners to have the same level of technological improvement and to assume the same attitude towards future prospects of technological development.

 

E – BUILDING OF FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL VALUE OF THE COMPANY

The aim of the Company is to multiply its resources and gain profits. In the future the main goal should be to create the value for Shareholders and to achieve the level of profitability required for the future existence of the Company.

Nevertheless, the aim of gaining profits should not overshadow the basic social concepts described above. Only after these two levels are joined, will the Company be able to become a valuable member of the society.
