SITK
SITK Association beside Mota-Engil Central Europe SA continues the activity of the SITK Association created beside Krakowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych. Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów i Techników Komunikacji RP (Association of Engineers & Technicians of Transportation) was created in 1946 and constitutes a reference to tradition of technical associations which were active in the period between the world wars. It is an organization of technical and scientific character which acts for the benefit of transportation and promoting professional and social activity of its members.
The association unites all the persons interested in engineering and transportation issues. It involves works aiming at progress and development of transportation especially within the scope of technical and scientific, legal, economic and organizational issues.
At the moment, the Association consists of 40 members.
The SITK Association is involved in many other actions arising from its statute:
- current maintenance of the Internet website of the SITK Association beside Mota-Engil Central Europe S.A.,
- supporting Społeczny Fundusz Budowy Pomnika inż. Adama Ernesta Malinowskiego (Social Fund for the Construction of the Monument of Eng. Adam Ernest Malinowski),
- funding prizes in different events, competitions, contests etc.
- participation in Road Fair in Kielce, Warszawa,
- providing help to the company in organization of conferences, integration events, fairs, competitions etc..,
- writing articles to engineering magazines,
- organization of internal and external trainings for the members of the Association,
- organization of the meetings of the members of the Association,
- additional financing for trips, events, trainings of the members of the Association.
Energetic activity of the Association is proved by numerous prizes and distinctions both for the association itself as well as for its individual members. A good example of distinctions won by the Association is the ERENEST 2007 statuette, obtained in “ERNEST 2007” competition, awarded to the most active Association. We would like to invite everyone to join the SITK association beside MECE!
