Corporate structure
During 2009 the Group set up a Corporate restructuring for Central Europe region that reflects a transition from a multi-polar model (based on autonomies by company and by country) to a Corporate Model, with an integrated strategy in Central Europe , a transnational scope centralized from Poland to remaining CE countries and a single Brand for CE.
Therefore currently Mota Engil performs its activity in Central Europe through Holding for Central Europe region : Mota-Engil Central Europe SGPS that develops its activities in two different and separated Business Areas :
- Construction : Business Area developed through Mota Engil Central Europe S.A (ex- Mota Engil Polska S.A). This “sub-holding” directly owns all Construction based subsidiaries within Central Europe namely:
- Real Estate :Real Estate Management is performed through a single entity in Central Europe , Mota Engil Real Estate Management Sp. z o.o. All the Project Development subsidiaries within Central Europe owned directly by Mota-Engil Central Europe SGPS
